[08:33.12]I'm going to do something different
[08:35.28]I'm stopped doing new year's resolution instead
[08:39.44]I'm going to do a past year's review and based on analysts
[08:44.04]I'm going to plan my new year so what have done in the past year
[08:48.88]So that's yet how to works uh this not not ininted i find this approach from tim ferries block
[09:01.37]Which is really helpful
[09:03.31]So he proposed this approach into thousand eighteen
[09:09.13]And i found well this something i can do at this year so as a brief
[09:16.87]He introduced that uh by doing new year's resvolution resolution
[09:22.37]Many of our new year's resolution just have blindly dly looking forward with broad um resolutions good
[09:31.43]But you might not able to achieve it
[09:34.13]So he suggests to do these past year's reviews
[09:38.21]And to list something positive and something negative
[09:42.37]And then you can write peoplepla people activities or commitment or achievements during the poast years

[11:13.61]And also i use this note to uh to write down nevative and positive as too column

[11:41.44]And and after that i ananyze that and and have something that can
