Field recordings for track 1 recorded in Bangkok by Building Transmissions. Field recordings for track 2 recorded at Mamori Lake in the Brazilian Amazon during the dry season of 2005. Field recordings for track 4 recorded at locations in Québec during the summers of 2002 and 2005. Track 3 commissioned and performed by the Zeitkratzer ensemble. It was composed in early 2001 and recorded live during the world premiere at Podewil (Berlin) on march 12th 2001. All pieces created, recorded and mastered at Mobile Messor (Montréal) in 2005.
