Review: Hamburg-based Mirau Musik has been releasing high-grade house treats since back in 2008. Since then, theyve been responsible for a series of impressive releases that join the dots between wonky house, analogue deepness and touchy-feely nu-disco. This first label compilation showcases their best to date, from the touching melodic rush of Mano Le Toughs "Eurodancer" and atmospheric late night shuffle of Good Guy MIkesh & Filburt, to the what-the-Dickens disco oddness of Erobique and Tensnakes anthemic "Around The House". Theres also some excellent gear from Erdbeerschnitzel and a live mix of label material, recorded at Robert Johnson, by Gerd Jansen.
