Dana Jorgensen has been in full time music for four years. The journey on which God has brought Dana to the place he is now, both spiritually and musically, is nothing short of amazing. Dana grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, playing hockey on backyard rinks and frozen ponds. He excelled at hockey, but when he suffered the last of 8 dangerous concussions and broke several major bones, he was forced to give up hockey and his dreams of playing in the NHL. Although Dana could not see the good in God closing the door at that time, little did he know that God would soon open doors in a new area of his life. After exploring several avenues touring with singing groups and bands, Dana decided to move to Vancouver, British Columbia, to pursue music on his own. In Vancouver Dana quickly connected with a great church and began leading worship.
