The Second Circle featured a brand new band of friends who gathered into a studio space in Colorado Springs to capture their worship in a "one take" recording style. Sounds captured by Ben Pasley on a trip to India—on the streets, in the market, on the train—were layered into many of the tracks and give it an other-worldly sound. This album continues the tradition of singing from the heart of the Psalmist, and is overflowing with songs of sweet surrender, and personal affections toward God.
