Joining them are drummer Matt Gleason, keyboardist Nick Marshall, and bass player Lief Bunting. This Is the Von Trapps is their debut EP, and Adams' and Rodriguez's ambitions for creating a lush, atmospheric sound both reflective of classic shoegazing threads of the early '90s and insular enough to breath new life into the genre certainly unfolds throughout this four-song set. Soft acoustic guitars weave around layered electric guitars as a mesh of synth beats and slight percussion shimmer throughout songs such as "Go With Me" and "Rollercoaster."
