This song was inspired by a dear little girl afflicted with Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JM) (a devastating disease that can affect the heart, lungs skin and digestive system of children and young adults), and the struggles she and her family face every day. It was written to touch the hearts of those parents and children who battle with this childhood disease, mainly from a parents perspective, dealing with their feelings of helplessness, love, anger and hope. We wrote this song as a means to raise awareness about JM and to hopefully raise funds through downloads. All download proceeds will be donated to the JM Community.
