Steve Mills is back with his fourth album which is an amazing fresh blend of acoustic and synth driven music. The album flows over you like a huge wave constantly changing from beautiful almost new-age peaks, to crazy insane beat driven depths. Sometimes you are thrown back to the seventies, eighties or nineties but never for long as the album sweeps you onto another phase. A little haunting and a little dark; however in this album he never gets too dark unlike his previous albums- Galaxymachine and Necronomicon they tend to be very intense and more experimental. One issue is his albums are often not long enough, but what you do get is certainly worth keeping. His life as he has commented has been filled with music and he says that he "consumes music like it were food".
