“Love Like a Symphony,” the first solo release from lead singer and songwriter David Spencer, of the now defunct college rock band SpencerAcuff, is a melodic rock record with one simple message: “Use your gifts to love and inspire others more than yourself.” After three albums in six years, Spencer left the band to pursue a new direction – a direction that would serve as the catalyst for “Love ... .” He married his girlfriend. He followed her to Nashville. He setup his own studio.
