"Twos and Threes" is a compilation of conversational duets and trios featuring Barbara London on flute, piano, and vocals and ten of her favorite musicians, including trombonist Phil Wilson, pianists Bruce Katz and John Arcaro, bassists Michael Farquharson and John Repucci, percussionist Catherine Birrer, guitarist Larry Baione, drummer Rick Kress, steel drummer Ron Reid, and vibraphonist Ed Saindon. Hailed by music critics in Downbeat and the New York Times, Barbara London is a jazz flutist, composer, pianist, and vocalist. Performing with Nina Sheldon, Jane Ira Bloom, Carline Ray, and Barbara Merjan in AERIAL from 1979 to 1981, she received an enthusiastic reception at the Kansas City Women's Jazz Festival and the Newport Jazz Festival in New York City.
