I have heard the poem read at wedding ceremonies as well as its use in movies and TV programs. The poem is so moving and touching yet music adds so much more emotion to the poem's words. This song is perfect for lighting the Unity Candle, music before the ceremony or even a wedding dance. I was inspired to set the poem to music when I heard Cameron Diaz read the poem in her movie "In Her Shoes".
