Previn, 27, a Colorado singer/songwriter officially released his debut CD, Dolce, of ten original songs to coincide with his recognition as one of ten finalists for the International Song for Peace 2004 contest held in Tipperary, Ireland. Previn has received a B.A. Music Degree from Colorado State University and is happy to see his CD getting national airplay on some NPR radio stations. He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Music Theory & Composition at the Unvierstiy of Northern Colorado. Previn is often compared to Josh Groban, but unlike Josh, Previn writes all his own music and performs it as well, both vocals and instrumental parts. Besides performing operatic roles such as El Dancaire in "Carmen," Martin in "The Tenderland" and Nanki-Poo in "The Mikado," Previn has become a popular draw for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
