My latest album with CDBABY. Yes, this is an accordion. It is a Roland FR7X V Accordion midi to the Roland BK7M Module. My music is designed for ballroom dancing so each song is danceable from a rhumba to a hustle and somewhere in between. This is my first album using the BK7M. Wonderful little box that one could call "a gym for your mind". Several of the songs I wrote - both music and lyrics. Dark Shadows Of The Past is a dark but true song about loss and trying to cope. His Dreams Came True When He Met You comes from a good friend who once said this. This is song is for her. Okey Dokey Polka came from about after a trip to Iowa and listening to an oldtime radio announcer. His favorite saying, okey dokey, or is it okie dokie. I spelled it my way. Dance Around The Christmas Tree came from my husband who thought it would be a good "new" Christmas song. I think he is right. The other songs are either covers or traditional song...
