"Synaesthetics" is a prism-like ability of the human mind to create from one sensory experience a collision of secondary sensations, as when the hearing of a particular sound produces the visualization of a particular colour. With this album, the musical collective, Cambria, attempts to paint the symphony of re-creation.  Rallying around the Genesis 1 refrain "and there was evening, and there was morning," they present six creation-inspired movements of darkness to light. The first movement of the album begins with the abstract and formless "Evening" followed by the dramatic transition to “Light."
