Born and raised in Atlanta, Homer Mc has been writing songs and singing since his early years. His love for music started as a youth in church choir and eventually landed him a spot in the drum line at Frederick Douglass High School where he went on to become the drum major. At the University of Georgia, he participated in the African American Choral Ensemble and was a featured singer in a variety of college venues. After graduation, Homer Mc became the Chief Financial Officer of an independent record label in Atlanta, writing and mixing music with many well-known local and national artists. In recent years, he has focused his musical talents on a diverse array of songwriting projects. He has written melodies for international artists, independent films and an animated band and written and performed with many musical artists.
