My album "Cities & Spaces" was written and recorded over a process of 5 years. The songs were written in different areas of the United States such as Arkansas, Texas, Hawaii, and California. Some songs were written about 10 years ago but reworked and updated within the last few years of recording. The music has degrees of folk, rock, and electronic influence. Previous to this album, much of my music was recorded solo on an 8 track or home studio with Pro Tools. I started writing a lot of acoustic songs, moved to rock with a band, Candlefly, then moved into electronic writing through an analog casio. From those influences I trimmed down some ideas and reprogrammed them to work as a solo project while attaching new ideas to Cities & Spaces. I hope you enjoy this album and that it inspires you.
