Matt Lavelle, Jack DeSalvo and Tom Cabrera initiated daily open air improv sessions more than two decades ago. During a lunch at Schlomo's in Nanuet, NY, Cabrera presented Lavelle, then barely out of his teens, with the seminal book Seth Speaks. Both Cabrera and DeSalvo had previously read Seth Speaks and the subsequent volumes by Jane Roberts.
