A collection of funk, happy, summery tracks influenced by all the great Soul brothers and Sisters. These tracks were originally composed as part of Shockwave-Sound Music Library for use in advertising, web media and television. One of my earliest memories is of my Mom vacuuming while dancing to MJ's "Off The Wall" album and making me learn all the moves, so when it cam time to make some tracks I was heavily influenced by that groovy vibe from that album and that time, a golden age of music production - just before the early 80s when synths took over the world! As well as Michael Jackson, there are also influences from James Brown (who I saw in concert 4 times!), Teena Marie, Kool and the Gang and some Latin funk acts like Black Sugar or the Ghetto Brothers.
