The aim of uniting the Nations through Worship for God’s glory is what gave birth to Zimpraise in October of 2006. Upon receiving the vision to begin the inventiveness of gathering Christian Musicians from different backgrounds together in spreading the gospel of God through Praise and Worship music the very credible dream was reserved underground in two young men Joseph Madziyire & Macdonald Chidavaenzi known to many as Macdee who had received the vision while at a Church Conference in August 2003. Being young and inexperienced they kept the vision to himself as they had no know how of how to begin raising an army of worshipers and again getting exposed to the music circles and getting linked with the right people to push the vision ahead. 2006 is the year that Zimpraise broke out and began on their first project codenamed Zimpraise Volume 1 which was launched on the 15th of December 2007.
