No effect was formed when Carl Accordino and Dean Bell first joined musical forces to combine their writing styles. Separately they had been performing in various groups, duos and solos for 20+ years Carl's guitar playing consists of multiple tunings an intricate finger pickings while Dean's was more aggressive and rhythm driven. But the two styles together was the mix they had both been looking for the perfect blend of nuance and emotion, of melody and rhythms. With lots of stories waiting to be told the writing began as a duo and the previous solo writings were embellished with each adding their own interpretations of the other's songs.
