Marv Machura, described as a “winning singer and talented guitar player,” and “Edmonton’s hottest folk rocker:” is releasing his fourth CD, I Want You. Machura is an Alberta-based singer-songwriter whose music is a roots-based mix of rock, blues, country, and folk—a.k.a., “pure Canadiana.” Carson Cole (known for his work with Wide Mouth Mason and others) coproduced the CD with Machura. Cole brings out Machura’s rock roots. “I wanted to capture more of what Machura does in his live shows,” he says.
