Carl is a young musician based in the UK and has just released his debut EP. His influences range from Prince, The Smiths and Miles Davis. He is a keen experimenter and likes to fuse together different styles. Born into a musical family he has played music from a young age beginning trumpet aged 5 and taking his grade 8 at the tender age of 15. He became interested in the guitar and other instruments as a teenager and began a passion for metal guitar and eventually shredding. He earning an unconditional place on a degree course at the prestigious Leeds College of Music in 2006 where he currently studies and can't wait to leave. On this particular debut he performs all instruments, vocals and production. He enjoys creating grooves and likes to experiment with different sounds and styles.
