CHANT is a gospel group that was formed in the summer of 2005. The Group comprises of 5 members. Many people may wonder why the name CHANT. This is a question that we have encountered counteless times with people trying to come up with various interpretations including Christ something... among other interpretations. To help the many people out there who may also be trying to figure this out, the name CHANT is basically an initial that stands for the first letters of each of the members names i.e Chris, Harold Anne, Njeri, and Tony. CHANT was an idea that came up first, as a possible church youth project. At the time, all the CHANT members were worshipping at the same church.
