After 5 years spent on the road touring through the United States and Europe, Matt Vrba headed south to the Caribbean to explore an entirely new market. What was originally intended as a few months of writing, guitar picking, and R and R turned into over 600 shows over a two year stint in the Caribbean. As the island of St Croix became the country music hub of the Caribbean thanks to new (and only) Caribbean Country radio station 93.5fm, Matt Vrba was at ground zero. During his stint in the islands Vrba was in high demand playing with heavy hitting artists like David Lee Murphy, James Otto, Chuck Wicks, Randy Rogers, Joe Nichols, Jessica Andrews, Bombshell, Steel Magnolia and more.
