Inspired by common life experiences like struggling to sell a house or the simple joy of watching a child play with toys, LDS singer/songwriter Cherie Call shares her latest musical creations in her seventh CD “Grace.”
Produced by Scott Wiley, who has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry in Los Angeles, Call’s music ranges from upbeat, hand-clapping pieces like River of Tears to her own soul-searching experiences expressed in songs like Still Small Voice and the title track Grace is Amazing.
Call describes her music as inspirational pop-folk, drawing deeply on her beliefs as well as her many roles as a wife and mother, and keen observer of every-day life. “A lot of these songs have been written since I became a mom. Music and songwriting are my life, how I make sense of the world around me.”
