"My year of writing a song a week is what inspired me to make this EP. A few of these songs started emerging as true stand-outs in my repertoire. I just had this feeling that they were really worth sharing, so I started playing them in live shows. I shared them at a New York Songwriter’s Circle showcase at The Bitter End and on college campuses across the country. The response was so wonderful and gratifying, that I felt the need to get back into the recording studio again to get these tunes out into the world. I carefully hand-picked 5 great songs for this EP and got to work. I met my producer, Brian T. Murphy a few months before I starting recording the album.
