Nothing to Win Nothing to Lose is the long awaited debut album from alt folk country duo anchor & the butterfly. Singer songwriter Bridget Robertson and guitarist Lance Hillier recorded and produced their debut release in their home studio in Central Victoria. The album took almost three years to complete with Lance taking time out from the recording to engineer and co-produce The Cannanes latest album Howling at all Hours.   The duo has conjured a rousing collection of songs on this album, appearing like odes and tributes for old friends and comrades. Lyrically the album swings beautifully between the dichotomy of human emotions in times of change -sadness and celebration, joy and despondency.
