Una Stef is a young singer/songwriter and pianist from Reykjavík. In addition to writing and performing her own blend of soulful pop and R'n'B music, Una is an accomplished jazz singer and a graduate of the prestigious FÍH School of Music in Reykjavík. In May 2014 Una released her debut album “Songbook”. The album has caught the the eyes and ears of well known producers around Europe and received great critique. The first 2 singles from the album; “Mama Funk” and “Breathe” have made it to the Top Radio Charts in Iceland and been featured in TV, magazines and radio in Iceland, Europe and South America. This young redhead is taking the Icelandic music scene by storm and is known for powerful live performances a long with her band. Drawing positive comparisons to modern female singer/songwriters such as Adele and Emeli Sandé, she has furthermore been described, on a number of occasions, as "the Icelandic Alicia Keys".
