This album was recorded in the summer of 2011 with Noel White at Mill Creek Studios in Annapolis, Maryland. Noel produced and engineered this record in addition to playing the drums and all percussion on the record. Larry Melton played bass and Dave Hadley played lap and pedal steel. The entire album was recorded in 8 days and then mixed by Noel White in january of 2012 while on break from Sting's world tour. All the songs, music and lyrics are by Lance Taylor; some very new and some were older songs that had never been recorded. Decisions were made fast and the record's sound and style really came about there in the studio, not a lot of it was "planned" out.
