Some of you may know him as Lowkey and others may know him as Philly Pri$e, either way he is one of the hottest successful up and comers straight out of the Midwest. Born Phillipe W. Jones, Lowkey is an Indiana native who has spent most of his years in Kansas. With his go-getter attitude and hard work ethic Lowkey has become the CEO of his very own record label; Breakin’ Free Records. His talents have also been spread to producing tracks for many other up and comers from bordering cities and states.
