Holed up in the studio working on some new material, Frankenstein 3000 took a break and banged out a couple cover tunes, including this one written by Bruce Springsteen (the other being a cover of the Grateful Dead song "The Golden Road (To Unlimited Devotion", released on the same day). They gave it the signature Frankenstein 3000 sound but kept the heart and soul of the song intact.
