Raymond Black, an individual artist, originally from Louisiana, spent the better part of 2004 recording his first solo album ever entitled "Recovery". Primarily a drummer, Raymond has for years always been able to improvise on the keyboard and create musical compositions. Having worked at a major recording studio (Studio in the Country), located in Louisiana, for seven years, Raymond worked as an associate engineer with such artists as Stevie Wonder, the rock group Kansas, and many local artists. Back in the late 70's, he began recording some of his own material and also working with a keyboardist and guitarist, with whom he still does projects with. After acquiring some of the new digital recording technology, Raymond began creating a steady stream of songs that he recorded at his home.
